[ilugc]problem in installing

Just a suggestion,

Should'nt the Makefile be using "install" rather than
"mkdir/chmod" ?

Atleast "install" seems to be the right way to go
about it.

Again, my suggestion doesnt help you in anyway.
Maybe yum/apt-get can help you here...
