Subject: [Ilugc] Problem
Message-ID: <200402031350.TAA24140@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Hi all,
Well i have been able to solve most of my problems that i had thanks to the
solutions recieved and have decided to do my project in MySQL & PHP.
But i still have one problem. As was mentioned I have to keep all my files
under /var/www/html/ directory. As by default this foldre is not open to all
users and i hav to work in my lab also i would like to know how i can set
virtual folders under Linux as in
http://localhost/myfolder/*.* instead of ;
always giving
http://localhost/*.*
I have been unable to locate srm.conf file under my system (RHL 9 with Apache
2.0) & when i write the following PHP script
<? phpinfo(); ?>
to see the PHP config in my browser the seeting for virtual directories comes
as disabled and i dont have any idea how to enable it.
Thanx in advance.
3 cheers for OSS.
