[Ilugc] mounting windows fs in linux?

Hi,

I downloaded and installed the driver as mentioned by google
"http://www.linux-ntfs.org/content/view/127/63";(Error is:
while booting itself it is saying ntfs could not be mounted)
 config:" Dell inspiron 6000". Distro installed: Fedora 5

Any pointers for mounting the windows filesystem(ntfs/win-XP) are welcome.

earlier.
