[Ilugc] how to chkroot a user to their home directory

In /etc/passwd, you can chroot a user to his home directory as jailed /.
I think it is /<home> /  in the home directory entry. However, then, you
will need to symlink bin, sbin etc so that utilities work else no
command would work with the changed root. Quite a pain to set up one
like this I think. Any ideas from any one else?
