[Ilugc] how share a folder in ubuntu to windows network

I am using ubuntu FF and i want to share a folder onto my windows network,I
am newb and i am not able to share the folder on Windows network(it does
not
have a domainonly connected via workspace)
Just two weeks back, i successfully configured samba in RHEL 5. Although i
configured it in command line, later i found RHEL 5 has simple GUI for easy
configuration.
Pls check if you have any such desktop GUI application in Ubuntu server
edition for configuring samba.
