1) Do you realize that that still may be open source. Afaik, it is ok if the
code is
made available on request. There is no necessity to provide a link to the
code.
2) RMS has done a lot of stuff for us. We would not be talking here without
him. I
do not even merit the credibility to comment, but I feel that of late he
does more
with his tongue than with his keyboard.
