[Ilugc] evolution - migrating mails

Hi Balaji,
I have been using Ximian Evolution as my mail client. Have a lot of
mails and filters in place.
Excellent :-)
The Evolution intelligent import is not detecting my old settings.
is there a simple way to migrate the mails at one shot rather than
importing one folder at a time and then the address books, filters,
etc..
Oh just make a tarball of your old evolution directory and unpack it in
your new home directory and start up evolution and you are done! That is
what I do everytime when I migrate :-)
The intelligent importer is meant for old stuff of yours lying around
when you switch from some other email client to Evolution for the first
time. For Evolution->Evolution migration, just do the above :-)
