[Ilugc] enable Tamil 99 keyboard layout

Hello,
i need to enable Tamil 99 key board layout liber office and in apps i have
installed ibus enabled tamil99 but it is not working
I hope it is not stated while the system starts ..
You can start manually by typing
ibus-daemon
in terminal.
To enable in all applications, place .bashrc file in home folder with
content,
export GTK_IM_MODULE=ibus
export XMODIFIERS=@im=ibus
export QT_IM_MODULE=ibus
