How to install the redhat linux(vesion 4) in sorta harddisk?
I have tried to install that but it ask that "h\w is not probably available
plz add new h\w manually".
It is happened to my friend also so plz provide me the solution for this
problem.

sata you mean ???
in old versions of linux you must provide manually the support for the scsi 
interface .
First copy the sata controller driver in a floppy and where required select 
theoption to load external driver and select your driver
