Thats true. But you can very well use Bugzilla for 'issues'
tracking. Noticed the 'CC:' field in bugzilla? You can assign it to
the servicing engineer's pager/email and get him to attend to the
issue in real-time.
P1/P2/etc.,.. "severities" can also be used in the service context.
unless I'm missing out something that you have a specific requirement
for, I think bugzilla is good enough.
