[Ilugc] community project using Ubuntu OS

I need to meet with those who could help teach the HS students about
Ubuntu, how to install, upgrade, find applications and put together
tutorials for those they wish to help.
Hope this makes sense.
I can provide the complete ubuntu software resources (version 14.04
with complete software repository in 16 DVDs) and support the
initiative.
