I use one such. As I understand these are SaaS based frameworks that
can support end user apps. The companies make money on subscriptions.
I use Quickbase. Neat framework for workflow based apps when no of
users are less. Framework easy enough to be used by a non-programmer
but needs a biz analyst kind of a person.
