[Ilugc] VPN in FC10

Can you install NetworkManager-vpnc and check if you can add this VPN
connection using the .pcf file and the wizard within NetworkManager ?

NetworkManager-vpnc has been installed, however how do I load the .pcf file
to it. There is no utility by that name.
