default set to localhost or 127.0.0.1. Set it to the specific IP or
remove 127.0.0.1.
That would leave sendmail listening on your public IP but not on
localhost.
Actually, best not to fiddle with sendmail.cf - just remove the
DAEMON_OPTIONS line pointing to 127.0.0.1 from sendmail.mc and rebuild
sendmail.cf
