Did they give any linux driver for webcam...
if so.. did u install the driver???
if so...is the webcam driver installed successfully???
and
Go to first terminal..
plug-out and plug-in.. the webcam...
is it showing any information regarding webcam ???

No they haven't given any linux drivers. I have googled, but has not
found so far.
The terminal is not responding to my webcam.
