[Ilugc] [Tip] Lock the hardware eject button of the cdrom !!!

It doesn't work for me (Ubuntu 10.10). Anyways, I've noticed in some systems
(earlier versions of GNU/Linux) that pressing Ctrl+S in terminal stops
getting input from keyboard. Is this a bug?
