Thanks to Madan who responded with his kindness.

The hall capacity is less than 20.

So in case more people turn up we have trouble.

If you don't express objection or come up with a better idea by way of some
 other sponsor/volunteer I will proceed with this location.

I will confirm the date later. I am yet to learn lua properly. :)
