We in-fact applied & got it rejected. ;-)
Went for hearings with the appropriate department;s Commissioner & co.
cited him all appropriate reasons, similar foundations overseas, grant of 80G
for FSF India.
Is FSF, India under the non profit/NGO category? Perhaps that might
help the babus understand the issue better.
