Dear ilugc members,
I am looking for someone who has done tamil translations of opensource projects
before to work on a Tamil translation of Drupal (www.drupal.org), a power,
opensource content management framework.
I am only a freelancer working on sites for nonprofits in a small way, so this
is a project with minimal funding (but terrific potential), although I am
willing to invest some personal savings into this. Please send me a personal
message indicating interest in this assignment and experience in similar
projects and we can discuss the rest. There are already a couple of efforts in
place, so you will not be starting from scratch.
Needless to say, the translation will be contributed back to the Drupal
community under GPL. Drupal itself is GPLed code, as many of you may know.
