Additional information
Dompdf seems to have no unicode support so i switched to tcpdf. Tcpdf
to server my purpose to some extend. I took some html tamil text from????????
ta.wikipedia and gave it as an input to generate pdf. The output pdf
doesn't
preserves the context of the word.
For example let us take the input text
?????? ??????????? ????????? ??????????? ???????????? ????????????
?????????? ??????????????? ??? ????? ????????? ??? ????? ????????????????
