[Ilugc] TV Tuner Cards on Linux

Can someone suggest a good TV Tuner card that you have used on Linux
(preferably on Windows too...) and that is available in India
(chennai/bangalore).
I am searching around for Hauppage, but cant find one.
Intex/Techcom/Pinnacle/PixelView devices are flooding the market, but I dont
know if are Linux Compatible and certainly dont want to find it out the hard
way ;)

I am using Leadtek TV 2000 Expert ( I bought it after doing some
search for compatible cards for Linux & all versions of windows) &
it is working fine. It is available in Ritchie street.
