I am able to connect my T 610 Sony Ericsson mobile phone in linux
(fedora Core2,
without any problem. The phone acts as modem, which is connected to usb
port with a data cable.
The hutch internet connection charges are rs 500 pm flat, no time limit,
or download limit, or no call charges,
but speed will be about 2 to 3 kbps only.
