Hey, I'm from KCG College of Technology. We've conducted a few Python
workshops in college that went really well, and when I pointed people
to the ilugc workshops, alot of people were quite interested.
Are the dates stable enough now for me to make a flyer and distribute
in college?

Once again read my mail. Depending upon the availability of the
volunteers the classes will get started from May 22.
All univ exams are getting over by May 20th and conducting a class
before may not help many students. So I request all volunteers to
reschedule the class, according to your availability, from Sat May
22th. We will finalize the new schedule by Sat May 8th.
