Friends.
We are planning for developing a free tamil corpus.
To build such one, we have to develop a web based portal for this.
Find the requirements here.

I am checking the options to host the code.
github seems famous and flashy.
But to develop a project, we need a place to host the documents, wiki,
issue tracker, mailing lists etc.
github lacks all these.
My search results are.
Sourceforge.net provides all but looks little older.
launchpad.net is fine but it is bzr friendly.
code.google.com is fine, but we need a googlegroups for discussions.
How you are running your open source projects for collaborative development?
Please share your suggestions.
