? I am using a redhat Linux 5.0 and I have a native LVM and multipathing. I
have an EMC storage connected to it. I was asked to move the storage from 1
linux server to the other server.
?
I am trying to use the following steps and I am not sure if these steps are
correct . Could anyone in the group could help us on this.

Linux Prod server
Rhel 5.0
Native multipathing & LVM
?
umount the vg
varyoff the VG's
remove the disks from the Linux control.
Get the wwn number of the of the siurce server where storage is connected, ask
storage team to take the LUN out and connect to Target server
Scan for the disks in Target server
import the disks
mount the mount points
