have finalised most of the plan. It as follows

Venue Kamban Engg College, Tiruvannamalai
There will be about 20 stalls. There will be tutorial sessions simultaneously
in a separate class room.
The college will make arrangement for transport from Chennai and stay in
College.
We need volunteers to help the students, conduct tutorial sessions.
