As a part of SFD celebration, we discussed in last LUG meet,
We are planning to conduct Software Freedom Day celebration
in Asiad Colony Park.
Asiad Colony is located Prime location of Anna Nagar - West, this
park has capacity to accommodate about around 300 people. This is
located between Asiad colony and Rohini Flats, together comes around
500 - 600 flats.
Target Audience : Public (lower middle to upper middle parents,
School students, college students, IT pro, Non IT, Home Users,
retired people,etc....)
Timing : 6.30 pm - 8:30 pm
Facility Available :
Open Park
Small stage
Audio System
Chairs
Outdoor Projector with big screen - to be hired
Events :
need to plan for public audience. Suggestions invited
attendance : 200 to 300 (if any open source (software) stars
are ready to come, we can add one more zero !!!!)
We need volunteers from ILUGC to be present and interact with
audience.
