[Ilugc] Reply-to header munging

lists which works this way.
Is there a definite advantage in NOT using the "reply-to" header for the
mailing list? If not, I think there is a case for going with the popular
*voiced* opinion on this mailing list in favour of change. As for those
unwilling to voice their opinion ... well, you know how it works in a
democracy...
