1) Login to the machine from which you need to access and open a
terminal (or if you
are in
doze open command prompt) You must have mysql client here.
2) then give the command mysql -h <ip address of the mysql server
box> -u <username> -p
3) It will promt for your mysql password for that user. Login
and you will can access your DB.
