[Ilugc] Reg: Out of Memory

I am using SuSe with IBM-DB2 9.7 Server. I was getting log message as
follows, It's occurring killed DB2 instance. how to resolve the out of
memory in suse issue.
Feb 3 06:13:43 domU-12-31-39-0A-D4-17 kernel: Out of Memory: Kill process
8994 (db2syscr) score 49022 and children.
Feb 3 06:13:43 domU-12-31-39-0A-D4-17 kernel: Out of memory: Killed
process
9049 (db2sysc).

Also I will suggest you to apply the latest fix pack for db2 server.
The problem can be also occur due to the number of records access at a time.
