device, open a terminal and post output of:
/bin/dmesg | tail
Note, you can redirect output to a file:
/bin/dmesg | tail > dmesg.txt
Please post it inline when sending the e-mail (_not_
as attachments).
Similarily, when you try to unmount the device, get a
dmesg output.
I have to forceably
remove
the disk. But this corrupts the data.
Yes, the disk write is cached. If you mount with -o
sync option then it is ensured that all disk writes
are written immediately.
