[Ilugc] Problem in Starting Apache

Hi,

I installed apache,php,mysql in ubuntu 10.04.When i tried to restart apache
i get the message.

* Starting web server apache2

(13)Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs


Is port 80 listening to somethng else?
