Hai illugies,
I've got a Aitel Broadband Connection, i am unable to configure
broadband connection in Ubuntu.
Details are:
Adsl Modem : Beetel 220BX ADSL 2+ Modem
Linux : Ubuntu 5.10 "Breezy Badger"
I've followed the steps given in
http://www.chennailug.org/wiki/Chennai_Broadband_guide, i executed the
sudo pppoeconf and i am getting the following message
"Sorry, I scanned 1 interface, but the Access Concentrator of your
provider did not respond.
Please check your network and modem cables. Another reason for the
scan
failure may also
be another running pppoe process which controls the modem."
