in that connection, few weeks ago, i volunteered to prepare a 20 -25 slide
power point presentation.

I prepared a few slides and struck for want of time.
I any one else can join me and help in completing the slide preparation i
would be thankful

Slides ? About what ? Whats your whole idea behind preparing slides ? If 
you have any idea, we can discuss of the same in the mailing list, may 
be a few of us could join you on your endeavor for SFD :)
