Sorry for the top post.
Is your client able to reach the server's ip? No route to host error
indicates a routing issue. For testing, switch openvpn to tcp so you can
telnet from the client and verify server reachability.
If you still have difficulty, please post your client and server side
openvpn config after masking any sensitive information.
