The comments section on Youtube reveals that the girl is actually
navigating one of Unix's experimental File Manager called FSN (File
System Navigator) developed for IRIX by SGI
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fsn).
FSV (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File_System_Visualizer) was a project
inspired by this Jurassic Park scene and written with gtk 1.2 and opengl
(some old version). Two years back, I was trying to compile Fsv on
linux, but not able to do so, but now, someone spent his time and bring
back Fsv to life and put his work on github.

I tried this and was able to see my directories in Fsv, I hope you can
