here. The people willing to rent just says they have given enough money for
their interior & advance is so high , they expect us pay the advance more.
People are more focussed on grabing money rather than in the intention of
what balakumar said. These things leads the people like us to finalise with
new work space ( as these people ask the rent & advance nearer to the fresh
space guys) .
All companies like regus, coworkable is doing the same.
