Curious why you say that. Sourceforge is still on CVS, so do you have
any authoritative references that show a large-scale migration to SVN?

 

I think he means to say all new installations use SVN rather than CVS. 
With Trac, Subversion is a killer combo.

Sourceforge recently enabled subversion for all it's projects. It was 
long overdue:
