Whatever brand/model we may give is most likely outdated and you may
not be able to find it in the market.
Instead, I suggest, you contact *all* the local laptop vendors and
tell them you want a system with "DOS" OS or "No operating system" and
see what they come up with.
IIRC, Toshiba/HP do have laptops with "DOS"
Forget high end machines (e.g. i7, 8GB RAM); they are preloaded with
Windows.

Mr. Senan, has not asked for any specific configuration, promoting "DOS
OS" / "No Operating System" machine is not good option & idea, because of
only high end machines only comes with preloaded with windows.

Here is flipkart link [1], selling machines with pre-installed Ubuntu,
match your desire configuration, though Mr. Karthikeyan has already
shared raw formula for the same. This will help you to also lowering down
cost of machine compare to same model with other proprietary os. You can
also visit local vendors and ask for the same.
