Thanks for the link. I think you will notice more drama around
e-governance in the near
future as easy outsourcing money based on bloated head counts and
billing rates dry
up. The BigCos will now turn to milking the local tax payer. A few days back
I read a report about a dozen plus top outsourcing companies pleading with
the government to invest more in local projects.

Of course all of this will be done under the guise of infrastructure,
