Checking AWS SES on this.
3,00,000 emails per month costs around 30 USD (EC2 cost is extra)
Note that with AWS SES, IIRC you always get 62,000 outbound and 1000
inbound messages free per month.
Given that you are sending 10-20 emails per month, you should be well
within their free tier each month.
