Please add Thiagarajar College of Engineering[1], Madurai(Tamil
Nadu) to the list. It's been using GNU/Linux for a long time now and
has it's own GLUG(Glugot[2]) that's been active for over 6-7 years.
Along with GLUG-Madurai, it has been celebrating the Software Freedom
day as FStival[3]. TCE has been predominantly using Debian[4]. And,
more recently it organised the FossConf'09. Thanks
