[Ilugc] Linux-only compaq desktops

why, it would be linux 7.3, of course; er.. i mean, redhat. ibm and hp
have been offering linux pre-loaded machines for more than a year now (red
hat). some months ago, i attended a show by zenith (or was that hcl?)
where they were showing a low cost linux machine. the target was to get a
machine that sells for about rs. 15k. they failed, but had a machine at
about 22-23k - amd duron processor, came with a customized red hat linux
cd (that could be used for installation/recovery like those windoze cd's)
and nifty apps like star office, borland kylix etc...
