What I meant was live web conference with video /audio etc .........
a tall order ?

What software (server) will you use for A/V conference?  Who will host 
the conferencing server?  Does the host have the bandwidth to support 
simultaneous client connection @ 640x480 res. to say 10 "centres" where 
geeks can congregate?
