Look at www.lids.org
I had installed it last week after reading the lug meet transcripts.
Latest version is available as a patch for kernel version 2.4.18
and above...
The docs on the site are very elaborate and helpful.

Yeah -- I sorta half-know (now, how much is THAT?!) the setup on
chennailug.org and noticed that suraj's automated most things, and its very
neat. I don't suppose there's really any "webmastering" work per se. Whats
