[Ilugc] Is there any way to find the empty pci slot in the system (in linux distributions)

Hi,
There are commands available for displaying the hardware information (like
lspci,dmidecode or cat /proc/pci)
But I need to find which PCI slot is empty in the system.
Please advise me.
