Even I am very much fed up of I.T industry. But believe me, you need money
to do and change things. So gather wealth, try to create a company of your
own which is ethical. You will fail x times, and during the x+1 you will
succeed.
Humanity can greatly benefit from electronics, quantum physics and
photonics and we need lot of people to control their flow (today its done
by software). Or do some other activity that makes money, code as a
spiritual exercise, that will give you satisfaction and you will be able to
do something good to humanity.

Good reply. One big IT company said separate billing rates for onsite and
offshore for product development. Unless that changes nothing is going to
happen. This was also one of the reasons I am planning to quit IT industry
