Hi,
yes its very much possible.
you have to install the boot loader for the second
linux distro you are goin to install in the partition
itself (not on MBR) and you have to have a single boot
partition to store boot files.
then include the details of this boot file info as a
seperate entry in LILO or GRUB of the first distro
you have installed.
