[Ilugc] Introduction to FOSS - Video - Planning

In the last ilugc meet, just shared my thought on creating a 20-30 min
video in Tamil,
Why Tamil alone, could we include English too in the list?
in which we explain the concepts of FOSS and to distribute over Internet.

This is for the people who feel that they missed vital
session/talk/meeting/workshops. Like one I still feel for the Kapil Hari's
Virtualization Workshop in late 2008 [1].
Good idea but need a lot of effort to bring it to reality.
