It will be a good venture if CARTE BLANCHE includes events that would throw
light on open hardware.
There is a general illusion that open source is meant only for softwares. It
will be a good chance to change this scenario if the concept of open
hardware is included in CARTE BLANCHE.
FYI, BeableBoard is a Open hardware project.
However, the workshop will be focused on BB, its features, Running OS like
Debian, Angstrom, Fedora,.etc; Not on the hardware design/schematic part. Coz
the target audience are the beginners.
